Using MOLE

These terms cover the MOLE website, Mac app and personal license. Review the current features, compatibility and notarization status before buying. An unnotarized release may be blocked at first launch and cannot be guaranteed to open on managed Macs.

Your personal license

USD 15 is paid once, with applicable taxes shown at checkout. One personal license permits two active installations. Do not publish, share or resell your key. Unlink an old device before activating a replacement. There is no recurring subscription.

Delivery and access

After verified payment, the purchase page and signed-in account provide your key and download entry. A transactional email is also queued. Use the same verified Google account for purchase and device management. Activation and each cleanup require an internet connection; scanning does not.

Versions and updates

Your license covers the version purchased. Future paid major upgrades, if any, will be described separately before purchase. The preview has no automatic updater. Download replacements only from the official MOLE download page.

Refund requests

Contact support@mole.cheap within 14 days of purchase with your order reference to request a refund. Refunds are processed through the payment provider, and refunded licenses are revoked. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Your files and cleanup

Review every selected folder and close the related apps before cleaning. Keep backups of important files. MOLE moves selected user-cache folders to Trash and does not empty it. Moving files to Trash does not immediately free space, and apps may recreate caches. We do not promise a particular speed increase or amount of reclaimed storage.

Service availability and support

Software may contain errors and online services can be interrupted. Contact support if activation, delivery or cleanup fails. Do not send your activation key, passwords or full payment-card details in a support message. Any applicable statutory remedies remain available.
